Geraldine Paynter

Geraldine is the Assistant Director of TEC with experience in Christian education for over 20 years, in addition to experience in education more broadly. She has served across early learning, primary and secondary years settings as Head of School, Director of Curriculum, Director of Teaching and Learning, and in student wellbeing roles over much of that time. Geraldine is passionate about Christian education and its capacity to transform the lives of children, young people and their families, its ability to equip students for their God-given purpose, and the great potential of its local, national, global impact. Geraldine believes strongly the privilege it is to walk alongside families as they grow their children and young people, and in God’s call of her to TEC and its role in encouraging and supporting the work of excellence in Christian education. Geraldine holds a Bachelor of Education (USYD) and a Master of Educational Leadership (UNSW).
